Description of the Hampstead vacation cottage rental

Come and enjoy a beautiful summer or fall at a charming waterfront cottage on beautiful Sunset Lake in Hampstead, NH. Less than an hour’s ride (45 miles) from downtown Boston. Near Exeter and Sandown. 10-15 minutes for shopping. Easy ride to Manchester. Sleeps 6 (2 dbl beds, 2 twins). Wonderful swimming and boating. Bring your kayaks, canoes, sailboats or motor boats to use off our private dock. Jump off the dock or use the sandy area adjacent to yard to gradually walk into the lake for a refreshing swim. Large public beach less than 5 minutes away. Gas grill. Large picnic table (seats 10-12) and plenty of outdoor seating.
Large living room with wall of windows looking out on lake. TV with cable. Wireless internet access. Lots of games and books. Bathroom with shower. Fully-equipped kitchen with utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, stove, fridge, microwave. Three room fans. Pillows and blankets supplied on brand new beds. Please bring your own towels and sheets. No pets, please. Smoking outside only...two family members have allergies to pets and smoke.
