Description of the Hampton Bays vacation cottage rental

Lovely cottage in a small beach side community located on a high bluff overlooking the Great Peconic Bay, with a private beach. Atlantic Ocean beaches 10 minute drive. Visit other spots in the Hamptons: Westhampton Beach, Southampton, East Hampton and Montauk Point. Shopping is plentiful and enough magnificent restaurants to entertain a King. The Fall season is truely magnificent. Enjoy the foliage. Summer crowds are gone, beaches are great for walking and swimming in the surf. Weather is perfect with comfortable nighttime temperatures. Nearby wineries are harvesting grapes and making wine. Roadside vegetable and fruit stands are abundant with local produce. Visit the Hamptons Film Festival. A time to rest and relax.


The rental is available either in the month of September or October for 2/3/4 consecutive weeks (per community rules.) Monthly rate is $4000 and on a 2 or 3 week period $1300 per week.THE COTTAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR A PERIOD OF LESS THAN TWO WEEKS.

$1000 non-refundable deposit with lease signing and the balance 15
days prior to effective date of the lease. An additional $500
security depost is required with the payment of the balance due.

Cottage is located on the Great Peconic Bay, 10 minute drive to Atlantic Beaches. Drive the "Beautiful Hamptons" route to Southampton, East Hampton or Montauk.

Great shopping, restaurants, public golf courses/tennis facilites. Boating, fishing, nature trails. Visist the many wineries in the are during their harvesting and wine making. Enjoy the abundant fruits and vegetble from road stands. Visit the Hamptons Fim Festival and live theater.
