Why visit foreign beaches and pay a lot of money when you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Hamptons among friends less then 2 hours from NYC by car, train or bus. We offer quality and affordable accommodations in several price categories in our cozy guesthouse and beautiful garden filled with flowers and decorated with a small fountain in lovely small town setting with plenty of trees and grass, right next to the picturesque Shinnecock Bay.

Wake up in the morning with the birds singing, breath in the clean country air, enjoy a light breakfast on your porch or in the garden and head to the beach, skydiving, fishing, sailing, horseback riding, tracking on wildlife reserves or whatever else you chose to do among the many options Eastern Long Island offers. You can explore local wineries and farm stands, tour historical villages, antique shops and art galleries. A lots of night clubs in the area. We are conveniently located minutes from the most beautiful beaches and salt water fishing in the country.

If you choose, you can just lay back and stay at home, enjoy the garden with a good book while you are cooking that special recipe you always wanted to try. With the high speed wireless internet and available fax you can even do your work while enjoying the silence and clean air. In the evening if you want to go to the movies, a good restaurant or just plain partying in style you can jump over to South Hampton in less than 10 minutes. You will have such a good time that you will never want to leave and you'll be coming back again and again.

We have 2 studio apartments with private porches, 3 rooms for singles or couples and a shared gym with sauna. Everything is freshly renovated, all hardwood floors, kitchens have dishwashers and there is a shared laundry facility. Close to everything, walking distance to LIRR, shopping and restaurants, 4 min. to the beach and 7 min. to South Hampton.

This is our best and most spacious suite with full kitchen, dining area, fireplace, high ceilings, two person jacuzzi, private porch with lots of birds in our birdhouses. Ideal for a couple or family or for 3 people. Cable TV, Wireless internet, telephone/fax.

-2-Sunny Side

Very large studio appartment, with full kitchen and a very spacious private brick patio and driveway, This suite is very sunny and nice in the morning and has a wall of windows. The patio is ideal for sunbathing or chilling in the evening, Wireless internet, CableTV . Separate entrance from the rest of the house.

This is a spacious double bed room with private bathroom (2 sinks : one for her, other for him ), air conditioning, large window overlooking the flower garden. Has no kitchen but can share the free coffee and fridge in the hallway. Very nice for a couple. Wireless internet
