Fully equipped kitchen: gas oven and stove, dishwasher, trash compector and microwave oven. Includes; 2 bedrooms, livingroom, separate dining room, 1 bathroom, outdoor deck with gas grille. Need not bring anything but yourselves and your clothes. Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen utencils all provided.
Home owned by artist/designer. Decorated with original sculptures and paintings. Airy with lots of natural light. Hardwood floors throughout. Modern wood-burning stove for those special sea-breezed evenings. Fully furnished and includes Cable TV's and a computer. Perfact for sophisticated Manhattanites with young children or for out-of staters wanting to enjoy the Hamptons experience on a low budget.
Monthly summer options available as follows:

Area Information
Hampton Bays is 6 miles from Westhampton Airport. An hour and a half from Midtown Manhatten, and 45 minutes from Montauk. Hampton Bays is easily reached by a 4 lane highway (Rt. 27). Public transportation by the Hampton Jitney Bus or by the Long Island railroad within walking distance. Lots of local culture available within minutes. Movies, summer theatre, public concerts, galleries, public library, shopping, and fine dining and many wineries. (Tangers Outlets 20 minutes away). For the outdoors men and women: Golf courses near by, and ocean and bay fishing. Boaters can rent slips in local boat yards or use one of many boat ramps in the area.
