Description of the Hampton vacation apartment rental

Dreamy paradise vacation overlooking Hampton Beach, 150 steps to 2 beaches. A dip in the hot tub and a glass of champagne after the kids go to sleep? Souns like a paradise? Walk to the boardwalk shops, restaurants and amusement arcades or the North beach where you can enjoy a more private beach, waves are high. Walk 0.1 miles to the ocean front both ways from property. The Open Air Bandstand and Casino are exactly 1 mile. You can watch the fireworks from the spa in the sunroom behind the private deck. You can cook out on the deck with the charcoal grill and enjoy the view from the deck. Washer/Dryer on site.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Beach View: Beautiful sandy beaches within 500 feet in either direction from the unit.
Can see the whole beachfront from the sun room and the deck. Reserved parking for 3 cars at the rental.

Almost everything we were expecting

August 17, 2012

Our family had a large need for space and this place provided it. For the most part the property suited our needs. WE had a great time and I would defiantly do it again. This place is a little dated and not in tip top shape but other than that it was fine. The deck was nice in the evening and the beach was 4min walk away.

Great Place for the Price

Place was great for a family of my size. Was close enough to the beach, but far enough from the distractions of the boardwalk. The cleaning ladies and property manager were wonderful. Barbara was very accomodating and friendly. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere in the area. However, the unit does need some improvements. The air conditioners and fans need either fixing or replacement. And the deck table, which was glass, was cracked. My 6 year old nephew slit his finger open touching it. Small bumps in the road were the only problems. The place was great for a big family, or even a small family that wants the extra room. I would definately rent again
