Hampton Beach Studio for rent by the week, very clean, steps to the beach, views of the marsh from back deck, in ground pool, 2 deeded parking spaces, new kitchen fridge, counters, cabinets, and sink. Two double beds, sleeps 4. 1 Bathroom with shower.

A stone's throw from the water. Hampton Beach is loaded with fun things to do - boardwalk, arcade, shopping and eating. This is an ideal location. This unit is available weekly.

• Deposits: 50% required at time of booking, 50% balance due 30 days prior to start of reservation. Security Deposit as a separate check for $350.00. Security deposit will not be cashed, it will be held until the unit is found in acceptable order.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee - $75, payable 30 days prior to start of reservation.

My family had a great week at the beach staying at this condo. We walked to the boardwalk almost every day, enjoyed the beach and slept well at night (on the very comfortable beds). It is a great location, easy to get to. We went shopping one day and to the science center another (each less than half an hour away). I am hoping to make it back again next summer.

Natasha is a great person to rent from. The studio was perfect. Just like it says, it is right across the street from the beach. To be perfectly honest, we didn't even sit at the beach on the strip in Hampton. The section of Hampton Beach that is right across the street is much more quiet. I would highly recommend renting this because you are within walking distance of all of the shops and you do not have the noise of traffic and people as you would if you rented on the strip. I slept like a baby. Also, the place is very clean, which is always a plus!

Wonderful location. Close to everything except with quiet nights!Beach access across the street and not as busy as the main beaches.Clean and comfortable accomadations.Excellent rate for the location and quietness away from the boardwalk.
