Description of the Hampton vacation home rental

2 bedroom, with room for 4. Small dogs allowed. Fully furnished with cable,internet, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, outside cooking grill, 4 houses to beautiful north beach (quiet area). $1050.00 per week. Please call and if we don't answer leave a message with a phone number we always call back.
Looking for 2012? We are taking deposits for next year. Many activities surround us in the summer winter Rental available Oct thru May 1200.00 per week all inclusive. You are responsible for snow removal.

Also Soon to be available 1 Bedroom unit year round. Private 1 bedroom with washer and dryer, stove, fridge. Fully furnished. Same location as two bedroom. Available at end of October 2011. A real cute unit, great for a couple or a single. Full size bed and a pull out couch. Easy to heat and clean.

Area Information

Three units in the complex. Main road is Ocean blvd in Hampton NH follow that to North Beach all the side roads are Numbered 1-18 and Kings Hwy runs parallel to Ocean blvd. Our house is in the quietest part of Kings Hwy small close nit community with the newest properties and best kept.

The two bedroom was very nice and everything we needed. It was a perfect location. A block from the beach and 15 min to Rye Airfield where my son and his buddy attended Ramp Camp all week. Perfect place to stay. The washer and dryer was a necessity for us. Nice kitchen and the neighbors in the area were all very friendly. We loved our stay there.

We arrived to find the cottage clean and ready for us. It was great to be able to walk to the beach every day. The neighborhood was great for dog walking, too! A little short on glassware but it did have some paper products I didn't expect to find. Washer and dryer were a bonus, too. The patio was enjoyable and the surroundings were very quiet. Would definitely rent there again!!!
