A gracious older home dating back to the late 1800s, the interior of this oceanfront duplex has been totally rennovated featuring spacious rooms and including a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on your deck and watch the waves and turtles feeding on the rocks below. You're just steps away from the beautiful & safe swimming beach. The house is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and has many fruit trees, including mango, banana, tangerine, mountain apple and sour sop..

Hana is a quiet restful place tamed out of the lush tropical vegetation surrounding it. It has a large cattle ranch with vistas of pasture land throughout. The Seven Sacred Pools is just 14 miles away in Haleakala National Park. It offers a wonderful walk along the flowing stream to the ocean and a more vigorous hike to a spectacular waterfall. Waianapanapa State Park features a beautiful black sand beach and many walking trails along the ocean. (One leading to a sparkling cold water pool in a cave.)

There are beaches galore ... Hana Bay is a lovely grey sand beach, Kaihalulu shows off her red sand, and Hamoa has dazzling white sand.

The Hana Cultural Center is right across the road from Tutu's House and is a great place to start your visit.

There are a variety of places to eat if cooking is not on your vacation agenda. Tutu's Snack Shop at Hana Bay offers
everything from hamburgers to full meals. Hana Ranch Restaurant has a delicious buffet and a take-out window. Hotel Hana Maui has a dining room for more gracious dining. Our two grocery stores have just about anything you could want to stock your kitchen with.
