This property is located on a 5 acre farm owned by yoga teacher/massage therapist Michaelle Edwards. The rental is the downstairs area of a large home occupied by the owner only. The only shared area is the laundry room and there is privacy and quietness abounding at this scenic homestay. High ceilings, all tile floors and natural cotton linens make this the ideal Kauai vacation spot at a great price. The rental is over 800 sq. ft. with full kitchen,full indoor bath and extra outdoor hot shower. King and queen size bedrooms, living room, patio and gas grill are included. Extras include fresh produce from the farm in season, surfboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and snorkel gear at no extra cost. Property includes a 700 square foot separate workout studio available for use by guests. Owner is also available for private yoga and massage on the property.

Located on the Hanalei ranchlands above the beautiful town of Hanalei, you can be on the beach or shopping for groceries in just minutes from the location. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach at Hanalei or Anini, you will staying in a serene natural setting with phenomenal views. Trails to the Na Pali coast, golf, horse back riding and zip lining are only minutes away. The property is at the end of a private road so there is no traffic whizzing by or sounds of civilization. Awaken to the beautiful sounds of Kauai's songbirds and tradewinds. At night, the stars gazing from your deck is phenomenal. There are no bright city lights to compete with the vivid beauty of the nighttime Kauai sky. All homes in this area require a minimum of 5 acres per home so there is a sense of space around the property and ample tradewind breezes to keep you cool and refreshed.

There are great farmers markets twice a week to get fresh Kauai produce and owner provides free veggies and fruit in season for your stay here. Yoga and massage are available on the property. Kayaks, surf boards, body boards, snorkely gear and mountain bikes are included with the rental. Owner is a 25 year resident of Kauai and can provide a personal health retreat for you with yoga, massage, breathing, and chronic pain management. You will get personal help to point you towards hidden trails and adventures not in the book.

• Deposits: A tentative hold on your selected dates can be made for one week to give time for trip planning and to secure airline reservations. To confirm a reservation, a 50% payment is required with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is necessary, all monies are refunded prior to 60 days. After 60 days, all money is refunded if reservation dates can be rebooked.
