Description of the Hancock vacation chalet rental

Enjoy and relax in this beautiful home overlooking the ocean. Smell the fresh ocean air as you sit on the deck that runs the whole front of this 4 bedroom chalet. Cook on the grill as the kids play on the front lawn and watch the 2 local eagles fly overhead as the beautiful sunset happens right in front of you. Kayak out into the cove and see if you can catch a glimpse of the seals out for a swim. For nightly entertainment enjoy the Game room downstairs which includes Ping Pong, Air hockey, Darts, Foosball, Bean Bag toss, Texas Hold Em Poker Table, and a kids pool table, or get a work out in the exercise room complete with Eliptical Machine, Bike, Ab Lounge, Weight Bench, and Free Weights. Plenty of things to do on the property or many things to do nearby. Acadia national park is only 25 minutes away,shopping is 10 minutes away and restaurants are as close as 5 minutes. Everything right at your fingertips in a private setting. Please enjoy!

Area Information

Located in a central location just minutes away from almost any type of activity. Acadia national Park and the famous Bar harbor is only 25 minutes away, The reversing falls at Tidal falls is only 5 minutes away,come watch one of the largest reversing falls in New England while you eat a lobster or a crab roll. Shopping centers are 10 minutes away where you can shop in Downtown Ellsworth.Waterparks and fun Parks are all within 15 minutes where you can ride the go Karts or go down the waterslides, great kid entertainment. Golf courses are located all over. Your choice of 7 all within a half hour of your vacation house. Take a ride around Schoodic point and watch the fisherman on their lobster boats or the waves crash against the rocks, even take picnic lunch and enjoy the parks picnic areas.

Security Deposit will be refunded if there is no damage found upon departure inspection. Changeover day is Saturday. Checkout time is 10 A.M. Check in time is 4 P.M. Cleaning Fee: 8 or more people $200.00 Less than 8 People $150.

Great place

The location of this house was beautiful - right on the bay, peaceful with a great view. The house itself was bigger then we expected, clean, and had all the amenities that we were informed of when renting it. Will definitely be staying here again. I hear the weather is not always on your side but we lucked out and had mid 60s temperature and sunny skies.

Beautiful and clean home! Great for a family vacation! The views were beautiful and relaxing. Short drive (40 min) to Acadia National Park. A FANTASTIC vacation!!!!!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

House was exactly as pictured. All rooms are large,except one bedroom. Playroom downstairs was great, lots for kids & adults to do. We had a big group but didn't feel crowded at all. View over water was great. Very happy we picked this house.
