105 m/2 house in the typical farmer village Pigi,10 km east of Rethymnon town,2 km to the beach,some shops,taverns,baker,butcher in the center of the village,large olive grounds,hills and other villages arround.
At a quiet corner of the village in a garden you will find the house, with full equipped kitchen,large living + dining room, 1 single room + bath with tube in the ground floor.Upstairs another 2 bedrooms – so totally for 6 guests – and one bathroom.Outside a terrace,one balcony + a place in front of the kitchen ,
Parking and all at the end of a small road,some houses arround and at the beginning of the olive grounds.
In the village is a bus stop too,with several connection to the town,the next supermarket is in a distance of 2 km and all other shops,possibilities you can find in Platanes, 4 km.Walkings in the area,Maroulas a village a bit like an old fortress and the famous monastery of Arkadi are not far away.Tennis courts,water sports, diving + mountainbiking is in the beach area in 3 km distance.
