Athina Luxury Villas is a small complex of three independent luxury villas, situated on the hill of Xamoudochori, in Chania, in West Crete, overlooking the ocean.
Eeach villa is a maisonette made of wood and stone of about 110 sq.m., with its own private pool surrounded by huge lavish gardens and garden furniture, accommodating up to 4, 5 or 7 persons.
The villas are built on a plot of 8.000 sq.m. covered with really impressive gardens and lawn that are kept in immaculate condition, a playground, a large wooden gazebo, wooden benches for pic-nics and a nice stone barbecue.

Villa Kissos and Villa Myrtia are comfortable two-storey houses of about 110 sq.m., with large verandas, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed (either queen or kingsize) covered by a beautiful mosquito curtain, a bedroom with two single beds and one attic with a twin bed while there are two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bathtub and another one with a shower. Each villa accommodates up to 5 or 7 persons, as it also has comfortalbe sofas in the living room that can serve as twin beds.
On the groundfloor, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped and there is a dining table for six as well as cozy sofas in front of the fireplace. The villa is air-conditioned, centrally-heated, equipped with satellite TV, cd-player, dvd-player, internet access, telephone line, fax machine etc.
All bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries. There is also a hair-dryer and a whirlpool bathtub.
Both villas have really large verandas on both floors, for you to enjoy your view while sitting on the comfortable sofas and bamboo chairs.

Villa Rodia, which is a brand new and absolutely unique property of about 110 sq.m., accommodates up to 4 guests as it consists of two double bedrooms, one with a four-posted kingsize bed and a sleeping gallery with a queen bed. The villa is also a maisonette, with a large living room on the groundfloor, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, while on the first floor there is a walk-in closet, the bathroom with the jacuzzi bathtub, the master bedroom, followed by the second bedroom on the second floor.
Villa Rodia is a truly impressive property that has been selected by many young couples who wished to spend their honeymoon in a truly romantic atmosphere.

Daily maid service is included in weekly rates, while luxury embroidered towels are changed daily and linen 2-3 times a week.
There is massage service available on request while there is also a beautiful marble hammam on site offering aromatherapy sessions.

Athina Luxury Villas is the only "self-catering" property in the area of Chania offering splendid services while at the same time respecting the privacy of its guests. The villas have not been designed as simple vacation rentals but as luxury suites offering all modern facilities while at the same time creating a unique sense of freedom and privacy.

At the same time, all major attractions and archeological sites are located within easy reach and the beautiful city of Chania with its Venetian Harbour is just 19 km further east, making it a 20 min drive. Chania is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Greece and is often called "Venice of the East" due to its many influences from the Venetian rule. The cit is a living museum and while walking in the Venetian Harbour you will have the chance to admire the archeological ruins of Ancient Kydonia, the Minoan city that has been discovered lying under the modern city of Chania.
Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its beaches, beach clubs, many restaurants and intense night life is just 7 km east of the villas.

It is situated amongst vineyards and olivegroves and surrounded by beautiful small paths where one can enjoy bird watching, walking or hiking. It is a rural environment, full of beautiful sceneries.
Convenience stores, restaurants, bars and other places of interest lie at distances ranging from 5-50km, while the city of Chania, with its Venetian Harbour, is just 19 km east of the villas, making them an ideal location for many excursions to nearby attractions.
