Description of the Harbor Island vacation villa rental

Comfortably furnished with a beachy vibe, this bright and spacious corner villa was freshly painted June 2011. Great location---just a short stroll to the beach, condominium pools, and the Beach & Racquet Club facilities. Equipped with all the comforts of home--even a high speed wireless Internet connection. Corner location means large side windows for extra light and a feeling of greater spaciousness. The living area includes 2 sofas (one a sleeper sofa), and offers cable television with VCR and DVD players, as well as a stereo radio with CD player. For your convenience, there is also a 1/2 bath on this level. And you are sure to enjoy the ocean breeze and great views from the deck!

Bedrooms: Master bedroom features a queen-size bed, cable television with DVD player, attached private bath, and a lovely ocean view. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, an attached private bath and has a peek-a-boo ocean view.

Kitchen : Fully equiped kitchen includes a new (June 2011) stove and refrigerator. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the kitchen area for you convenience. Kitchen also offers a microwave, disposal, dishwasher, blender, and new pull out kitchen faucet.

**NOTE - Summer nightly rentals are available at $150 per night.

Area Information

Harbor Island is the perfect spot for an intimate getaway or a fun-filled family vacation. As our guest you will have access to the Beach and Racquet Club's tennis facility, fitness center and swimming pools. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or by one of the pools, beachcombing, or just watching the dolphins playing offshore!

Try your hand at catching tasty blue crabs in the tidal creeks or toss a net and bring home succulent shrimp. If golf is your passion, we can provide you with a list of area courses just a short drive away. For evening entertainment and exceptional dining, you are just fifteen miles from historic Beaufort.

WARNING: Harbor Island is NOT for everyone!! If you are looking for crowds, noise or traffic, we are sorry to inform you that we don't have any!! However, if you are looking for that wonderful, quiet beach you remembered as a kid, then Harbor Island is the place for you!

Located just 15 minutes from beautiful, historic downtown Beaufort, one hour from Hilton Head-Savannah International Airport, one hour from Hilton Head Island, and one hour fifteen minutes from historic Charleston or it's airport.

My vacation was great!

We had a great stay in this condo at Harbor Island. My husband has been very ill for about a year and everything was there that we could possibly need. All you need is your clothes. Weather was great and even grandkids loved it! Will definately be staying there again! Brenda Bullard
