Air conditioning included - not always found up here. Modern cottage overlooks Boyne. We are at the front door to Boyne and minutes from more than a dozen other fabulous golf courses.

Great Room has a romantic gas fireplace and opens to the dinning area and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equiped, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, garbage disposal and more!

First floor bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom on 2nd floor has two Queen beds, third bedroom on 2nd floor offers one Queen and two twin beds. All bedrooms have Dish Network TV and DVD players - and full closets.

Hot tub on large deck allows you to take in wonderful Boyne views, but offers privacy too.

Laundry area features full size clothes washer and dryer.

"Lodge Room" is a game room ready for fun! 6' Combination Pool and Air Hockey Table, Game Cube and PlayStation II

Harbor Springs sits on the Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan. This storybook town offers memorable dinning and unique shopping. More shopping and dinning can be found about 7 miles away - the Gaslight District in Petoskey is a shoppers paradise.

• Deposits: $250 Deposit becomes the security deposit upon full payment of rent and is refundable.
   
• Other Fees: Non-refundable home and hot tub cleaning fee is $130 per visit. Staying with us in the Winter, Spring or Fall??? Ask for our mid-week special - we waive the cleaning fee! (non-holiday periods) - Sorry we only rent for week long or longer summer stays.
