Description of the Harrison vacation home rental

3600 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom with walkout deck, master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. The kitchen has a double oven, island stove and bar with 8 bar stools. The back yard is equipped for exceptional fun and games with a heated swimming pool, large back deck with brick smoker/grill, gas grill, and a wood arbor for quiet evenings to relax and enjoy the beautiful Ozark skies.

The pool will be open in May through September.

A horseshoe pit is being added and should be ready by May.

The house is a older home that is clean and comfortable.

The landscaping is not good at this time and currently the house is clean and just is good for a place to stay and use the above ground pool.

The house is located 10 minutes from the Buffalo National River, famous for float trips. It is located 30 minutes from beautiful Branson, Missouri where a plethora of activities are available for your enjoyment including variety shows, Silver Dollar City and other recreational opportunities. The house is also located 45 minutes from historic Eureka Springs, Arkansas and the popular Passion Play. There are several lakes and rivers within short driving distance that provide water sports and great fishing. World famous trout fishing is found on the White River and Norfork lake. You also wouldn't want to come to the area without visiting the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield, Missouri which is only 90 minutes away. The area is beautiful and it is especially breathtaking when the leaves are changing in the fall.

I was the hostess for a girlfriend's retreat at which Mary was my guest. There was some deferred maintenance outside, but the owner advised me before we arrived. Although the outside appearance was a disappointment it did not detract from our fun! After our stay the owner contacted me and offered a discount as well as a two-night future stay free. Thanks, Randy!

The above ground pool has a deck around it which many of the slates were coming up and could cause an accident. The Sauna did not work and the overall landscaping needed tending. The pictures show lighting but apparently they were Christmas lights and not left up all year. Difficult to go at night. The pool is away from the house and have to go up and down stairs to get to the pool. The grill shown in the pictures was not working and weeds growning around the area. The house itself seemed clean but the carpeting was very old and could have used a cleaning.

We stayed in this house for 2 nights. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was decorated very tastefully. The ad doesn't mention that the heated pool is above ground. My major hang up was the fact that the bedroom we stayed in had a very cheap, noisy mattress. No one else in my family complained about their beds, so that may have just been ours. We really enjoyed our time together there as a family, the layout is great if you have a variety of age groups.

We had eight people total in the house, and we all had plenty of room. We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. We could not have asked for more. We enjoyed it so much, we are going back next year.

Excellent accommodations. Very comfortable and ideal for visiting. Randy was extremely helpful and available by phone at any time. 8 senior adults and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Highly recommended.
