Description of the Harrison vacation chalet rental

LONG LAKE CAMP - Waterfront, cable TV, washer/dryer, HUGE porch. I have a 4 season camp on Long Lake in Harrison Maine by Naples half way up Long Lake(and Sebago Lake/Brandy Pond). I am NOT a realtor and thus have NO hidden fees. It is on Cape Monday Cove and has a private dock (if you have your own boat or choose to rent one down the street). It does not have a sandy beach, however you can go to the "common area" 3 houses down the street or go for a quick drive. We typically take the boat out to the main lake and dive in. I do supply a canoe and row boat for your use.

It has a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms on first floor (1 queen and 1 full), and 2 full beds and 1 twin upstairs in a large private room on 2nd floor. (Beds are new and comfortable). There are bathrooms on both floors. It has cable tv and DVD player, and gas grill. It is a 4 season house with a regular oil furnace for use if it gets cool at night. I also comes with a washer and dryer. It has a HUGE screened porch and horseshoes in backyard. See the pictures below.

Available to rent by the week at $1200/week over the Summer (June - Sept.) Saturday to Saturday. However, I would reduce the rent to $1100/week for a 2 week rental; $1000/week for 3 or more weeks. Please no smoking inside, and no dogs. I would have you fill out rental application and provide $500 refundable security deposit. If you are interested, please email or call Tracey.

This is a very nice and spacious camp near Long Lake in Harrison, Maine. Plenty of sleeping space with very comfortable beds. New bathroom upstairs is great!
