Description of the Harwich vacation home rental

This well maintained 1200 SF ranch offers a genuine Cape Cod feel! Located in a quiet neighborhood setting it features a beach theme decor and is minutes away from a wide selection of Nantucket Sound beaches. It is bright and sunny and less than 5 minutes from Main Street in Chatham and Harwichport.
It offers a new fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, outdoor shower and a great deck for relaxing and BBQ's after spending the day at the beach. The backyard offers beautiful gardens and privacy. With both a spacious living room and a family room there is room for both adults and kids to enjoy their own space. There is a pull out sofa in the family room that can accomodate extra sleeping space with cable TV. The living room is equipped with a TV and stereo.We also have high speed internet. The master BR has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental. Check in is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00am

Red River beach on the Nantucket Sound is a mile away with several other Nantucket beaches just minutes away. The Cape Cod bike Trail is 1/2 mile from the house. You can enjoy shopping in downtown Chatham and Harwichport, listen to to bands in Harwich Center on Tuesday evenings, try one of the many fine restaurants and homemade ice cream shops nearby. There is also a Cape Cod baseball league which features the Harwich mariners, Harwich Junior Theatre, several golf courses nearby, ponds, mini golf, go-carts and other activities within a short distance. The ferry to Nantucket, boat tours and fishing are less than a mile away or you can drive 15 minutes to also get a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Provincetown at the tip of the Cape is a short distance where you can spend the day going on a whale watch and enjoy the sites and culture the town has to offer.

This is an amazing vacation location..close to everything!!

We had one of the most wonderful weeks we've ever had on Cape Cod staying at this property! We try to spend at least 1 week a year on the Cape for a family vacation, but we had never been to Harwich before. Now we will certainly be back! The owners could not have been more helpful even before we arrived. The home is VERY comfortable for a family with great amenities and a lovely back deck and yard. It's located a very short distance from a wonderful beach and all the great restaurants and shops Harwich has to offer. I'm already looking forward to another relaxing week next summer!
