This is a quiet summer cottage, located in Harwichport, 8 min walking distance to Banks St beach. There are six rooms, livingroom, dining room, kitchen on the first floor. Kitchen is being updated with new counter top, over-the-range microwave and extra cabinet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, six single beds. This house is well equipped for a relaxing vacation. There is a large fenced in yard, children's play area, over-size picnic table, gas grill, and outdoor shower.
House is conveniently located near shopping, golf and a variety of children's activities.

House is located near cranberry bogs, surrounded by small trees and is located on the same property as the owner's home. This is a friendly, family neighborhood , walking distance to the center of this town, Sundae School, and Banks St Beach.

Little known nook in paradise!

Loved our stay. It was our second time staying here. Last year we stayed a long weekend, and this year a week. Great grill, picnic table, yard, indoor and outdoor shower, and great location. We could walk to town or to a great beach. Convenient to all Cape Cod towns. We also took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Whale watching was amazing. Must do for sure. The house is unfinished, so it's a little chilly on cooler nights. Otherwise we loved it and plan to stay again next year!

Relaxing time on Cape Cod

Great location and close to many nice beaches in Harwichport and Harwich. The house was clean and comfortable with a fabulous yard and nice picnic area. Great value and would definitely return. Harwichport is a wonderful town on the Cape- perfect for families.
