Description of the Harwichport vacation home rental

Classic beach house with a great location. It's a quick walk to the neighborhood beach (2/10 mi.)or walk downtown (5/10 mi.) to any number of stores or eateries. Four bedrooms allow for eight people. Our home has two full bathrooms and two oversized master bedrooms. Great home to share with family or friends. Sunny kitchen leads to enclosed screen porch and open air front porch. Dining room leads to an oversized deck. Dine on the deck and watch the children play in the completely fenced in yard. Outside shower located in one corner of the deck for a quick rinse after your day at the beach or after your bike excursion along the bike path.

Our garage is available to store bikes etc. We keep our radio flyer wagon in the garage which is filled with beach toys for our guests to use. We have a crib, tot bed and booster seats all available upon request.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: one week in season, 3 days out of season
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required 21 days in advance. A $300.00 security deposit is also required.
Other Fees: Linens are available for a fee of $75.00.

The place was very clean and adorably decorated. It was centrally located to great beaches, towns and restaurants. The ferries to the islands were all within 1 hour driving distance. Great place at a great price!

What a perfect location for 5 retired ladies to spend a vacation! We loved the house and the location - a short walk to the beach, a screened-in porch for morning coffee, and a kitchen that is large and well-equipped. The outdoor shower is a big plus! Would be a wonderful place for families, too.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this charming Cape Cod home. A neighborhood beach is at the end of the street, shops and restaurants are a quick walk away. Comfortably furnished, great gardens and my favorite-big blue hydrangeas. Owners were friendly. Al in all, a great find!
