Newly re-furbished cape in charming Lincoln Village, houses named after famed Cape 19th Century sea-storyteller, Joseph Lincoln. House originally owned by poet Joyce Kilmer of "Trees" fame. Off-season only, March 1 to June 13. September 12 to November 30. Comfortable central heating, fireplace, well-equiped new kitchen, newer baths, washer-drier, patio and level yard, 4 car off-street parking. short hike to Windemere Bluffs beach (Nantucket Sound) plus short hike to center of Harwichport. House is 3 houses off Route 28 - very convenient. Bring linens and your cell phone, please.

Park-like setting of about 16 homes built in the 1930's. Path leads to Lower County Road to Windemere Bluffs Rd. to gorgeous beach...about 4 minute walk. One minute walk to CVA, hardware store, convenience store, and post office. 5 minute walk on Route 28 to town. Cape has list of recommended restaurants, etc.
