This OCEANFRONT home is located on a private association beach on Nantucket Sound. Walking distance to charming Harwich Port center, this beautiful Cape Cod home with incredible ocean views comfortably sleeps twelve. This home on a private, family friendly road boasts four over-sized bedrooms, hardwood floors, 2.5 bathrooms, a large livingroom, diningroom, den, laundryroom, sunporch, kitchen, outdoor shower and a beautifully maintained yard. Rental includes all linens, washer and dryer, cable, wireless internet access, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, beach towels, kayaks, outdoor grill and more. This is as close to the beach as it gets!

July/August 2013 rate: $5500-/wk. (June and Sept. rates are lower)

Area Information

Private road and private beach are part of the Wyndemere Bluffs Association. Located between Allen's Harbor and Wychmere Harbor on Nantucket Sound. The neighborhood is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Harwich Port Center is a charming Cape Cod town and is a comfortable walking distance from home. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Chatham is the next town over, Hyannis is approximately twenty minutes away and Provincetown is about forty minutes away.

Great family house!

This is a gorgeous house with lots of space for friends and family! Clean, airy rooms and amazing views from bedrooms and especially the sun room - I can't rave enough about it. Great neighborhood and lots of places to walk to at night in town after a lovely day at the beach.

This home has been in our family for 80 years - we are raising our 4th generation of babies in this home. It's a little bit of heaven with ocean views that will take your breath away. There is no sleep as good as the one you will have as you listen to the ocean waves from your bedroom window. There's a lovely, old diningroom table that you will find yourself sitting at for hours each night, 2 adirondeck chairs sitting on the landing right above the beach, a sunporch that's everyone's favorite room, flowers, a beautiful lawn, a mahogany, outside shower which leads straight into the laundry room, and a garage full of toys! There's a lot of love in this home that we would love to share with you!
