This estate, built in 1811, is divided into three completely seperate and private units. The carriage house features three bedrooms and one full bath. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. Downstairs has an open floor plan with a modern updated kitchen, dining area, and living room. New hardwood floors were installed in February 2006 . There is also a seperate laundry room, new washer and dryer. This unit has a private patio and yard perfect for family gatherings and cookouts. The location of the house is ideal for your family's vacation. It is approximately 30 yards from the Harwichport Golf Course, one block from Harwichport Village and several local beaches. Other nearby activities include go-carts, trampolines, bumper boats, batting cages, miniature golf, and a variety of restaurants with delicious food and breathtaking harbor views.

Harwichport is located between Chatham and Dennis. There are many great beaches, restaurants, and family activities in the area. This property is walking distance to gift shops, ice cream shops, penny candy, and many new restaurants.
