Nice cabin, quiet area, August 17, 2009
By Kathy (Minnesota)
This is a very nice little cabin in an area next to a resort. For the entire week, it was very quiet and peaceful, just what I needed. The beach is ok, but not too kid-friendly, although my kids didn't seem to mind. We didn't fish or go boating, but it looks like fisherman's heaven with all the boats out early in the day. The area is beautiful with lots of oak, maple and other hardwoods. I would say it's an area more geared towards adults, however, so if you're looking for a place that will keep the kids busy, you might want to try somewhere else. We took our dog, and she had a wonderful time playing on the big yard. All in all, it was great. Thanks!

 Wonderful Experience, August 4, 2009
By Cliff Davis (Corpus Christi, Texas)
We picked this cabn off of the internet and drove 1600 miles one way to spend two weeks. It was everything we expected - PLUS! Pat & Karyn were great hosts, easy to deal with and Pat taught me how to catch fish. We definetly recommed their cabin for a great peaceful vacation.  Getaway Haven, July 31, 2008
By Becky (Southwest WI)
This quaint little cabin met all our needs with getting away from the constant demands of life! With no landline phone and limited cell phone service, we were able to make the most of the week. I loved walking into the living room to the warm morning sunshine beaming thru the kitchen and living room windows and spending afternoons playing fetch and bean bags on the immense lot. My husband could not get over the fishing--morning, noon or night—it did not matter they were always biting! Big plus for us amateurs. Lastly the shower . . . temperature control and pressure is critical in my book next to the affordability and location.

 Perfect Weather!, July 8, 2008
By Matt Horner (St. Paul, Mn)
We spent 5 days up at the cabin and it was perfect! Our hosts were so nice and inviting and there was plenty to do. The price was VERY affordable and we would recommend this to anyone interested in getting away to re-charge the batteries!

 Summertime Getaway, February 14, 2007
By Kraig Baldwin (IOWA)
The family stayed in the cozy cabin for 4 nights in fall of 2006. Pat & Karyn are great hosts. Fishing was excellent for us. Caught numerous good sized bluegills, some perch, northern, and a 4# largemouth bass. Can't wait to return in the spring of 2007 for some walleye action.
