Spend your summer in a restored 1940s vintage homesteader's cottage on 191-acre Bony Lake, part of the Eau Claire Chain of Lakes, 25 miles north of Hayward, WI. This rustic vertical log cabin is surrounded by 12 acres of woods, nestled beneath tall pines, and just a short walk to the water's edge. Birch Bay Cottage has a full kitchen, separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, a newly-renovated bathroom with shower, original wood floors, and comes fully furnished ready for you to "settle in for the summer". The garage area would be great for an artist's studio, woodworker's shop or workspace for those who like to "tinker with projects".
Housecleaning services not provided.
Available for Long-term Rental ONLY (Four-week minimum) ~ May through October 2013
Rent for June, July and August: $1,000/month plus utilities.
Additional months: $800/month plus utilities
Special rates for "Snowbird Rentals" of 4 months or longer
Refundable security deposit required.
