The house was great, very comfortable for two people. The beds were very comfy and the house was located in a great area walking distance to downtown Napa.

The house had some nice amenities, including a garage, TVs, washer and dryer, and kitchen. The house could have been a little cleaner and there were a few fairly essential items missing (e.g., new bars of soap, paper towels). The grounds have wireless internet access, but we were unable to use it at all inside the guest house or on the grounds. Our cell phones didn't work either. It is expected that you clean up (e.g., throw in load of towels, take out the trash) before you leave. It was adequate and the price was reasonable, but we will seek other lodging the next time we go to Healdsburg. We'd like to be a little closer to town.
