RRH is a spacious home that has been newly remodeled and comfortably furnished with four bedrooms all with Queen-sized beds (plus a double hide-a-bed) in the master bedroom, and five baths allow the home to sleep 10 people in ultimate comfort. the 630 sq. ft. chef's kitchen, fully equipped with a six-burner Decor stove, double oven, and river rock fireplace, has a cathedral ceiling and glass wall with river views. A high-definition satelite television, stereo, VCR, phone,and computer with DSL Internet access give this river-side home practicality plus modern convenience. The wraparound front porch and massive Victorian deck and stairway leading to the two-acre river camp, lagoon, and boat dock give way to a wonderful wine country vacation.

OAK TREE HOUSE,(sleeps 6) has been masterfully renovated as a private vacation cottage for up to six people. You are welcomed by a river rock fountain and beautifully landscaped gardens. Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony and new queen-size beds, while the living room has a double futon. The home has a large bath with double sinks, shower, and six-jet sunken whirlpool bath. The cupola-ceiling kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and has plate-glass views of vineyards and the river. Double French doors lead to a comfortable deck with B-B-Q grill surrounding a live oak tree.

Area Description

Enjoy the very private river camp on the lazy Russian River, just 100 feet to swimming, fishing, boating, and canoing or just plain relaxing with beach chairs, hammock, Tike bar, barbeque grills and dock. The homes have mature fruit trees, rolling lawns, ponds and fountains and views of the vineyards, river and historic Fitch Mountain. Historic Healdsburg is charming and well worth exploring the antique shops, speciality shops, world class restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The Pacfic Ocean, Redwood forests and Lake Sonoma are all within a 30-minute drive.
