Description of the Helen vacation cabin rental

Last Minute SPECIALS - Please inquire! Our 4 years new home has awesome views of Mt. Yonah all year round and is located just 3 miles to Helen in a lovely private but upscale mountain community. Sit on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the seasons change or relax on the back deck in the hottub and take in the whole panarama. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, but can be rented as 1,2 or 3 depending on the size of your party. Our 3rd bedroom is a special kids room with bunk beds and toys, games galore! Cd's, DVD's, Videos, games, books, and we provide Satellite TV in a every room. No SUV's needed or dark gravel roads to access our fully stocked home which is decorated and filled with all the comforts of home. All guests are greeted personally upon arrival and we have only had glowing reviews of our home. The pictures don't do it justice. Come and enjoy it like you are part of the family! You'll be glad you did!

In recognition of the financially challenging times we are all experiencing, we would like to do our part and have reduced our rates to encourage our families and friends to getaway from it all in a beautiful yet affordable home and area. Regular rates are based on double occupancy, a minimal charge per night for each additional bedroom.

The beautiful Sautee Nacoochee Valley boasts some of the most wonderful mountain views in the North Georgia area and has so very much to do or not depending on your mood. Our location is perfect for easy access to enjoy beautiful Unicoi State Park with AnnaRuby Falls, Bavarian Helen with shops, restaurants, music, and more, hiking, tubing the Chattahoochee (The hooch), Appalachian Trail hiking, kayaking, fishing, music festivals, gorgeous mountain drives to Blairsville, Blue Ridge and more, Babyland Cabbage Patch Kids Hospital and much more.

Due to the economic challenges today, we are offering good discounts on all stays over 3 days. Please inquire for details. Our private home is stocked full of DVD's, CD's, Vidoes, games, books, poker chips, and TV's (satellite) in every room and even a guitar. We have a brand new log bed in master bedroom! 2nd suite has queen bed w/ private bath access too. Our special kids room has toys, children approprate games and playstation with games. We have a packnplay and full size crib and all bedding to match. We provide all paper and plastc products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags), laundry soap, fabric softener, dryer sheets, dishwasher/ing, hand and bath soaps ans starter shampoo/conditioners. Most spices are there as well as the coffee, sugar, salt and pepper we also provide. You truly only need your clothing and food, we've got the REST! Our cabin home has complete privacy without those long dark drives out dirt roads so you have easy access to come and go leisurely with the ultimate convenience. We have a 2 car garage in the back of the cabin which is wonderful for unloading and easy access to the cabin. The brochures, maps and menus are plentiful and suggestions for our favorites are listed in our home information booklet. All guests are met personally upon arrival and someone remains available throughout your stay should you need anything (even directions). We pride ourselves on personal care for all our guests. Most of our guests return year after year. Hot tub on back deck or front porch rocking chairs, you'll relax on both. Hope to see you soon!

• Deposits: 50% of rental rate is due upon reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival along with FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit, tax, outcleaning fee and DSL(if desired). REFUNDABLE $500 security is returned after cabin is cleaned & inventoried. Allow 1-2 weeks. 60 days notice of cancellation/or a rebooking is required for full refund. Notice of less where no one rebooks the dates, will result in loss of resv deposit. When possible, a % of the charge may be applied toward a future booking.
   
• Other Fees: All rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons, master suite & bath. Add $25 per night per additional bedrooms. Outcleaning fee is $50 for 1 bedroom/1 bath rental adding $10 for 1 bedroom/using both bathrooms and $75-$100 for 2-3 bedrooms. $20 per stay - DSL. When home is occupied by a couple, we simply close off the extra bedrooms to save on rates and cleaning fees. See Fall/High Season Rates for HOLIDAY rates.

 Cozy and comfy - great for family get away, September 3, 2009

The cabin location is in close enough proximity to Helen enjoy everything there and yet be in peaceful and spacious surroundings. The cabin is spacious, cozy and very clean. The decor is fun and it´s stocked with lots of dvds, games and books and well as other necessities. Thanks, Natalie for being a caring host!

Perfect location. Perfect cabin. Perfect view. This cabin has it all with lots of room and lots to do. All you need is food and clothing. Everything else is in this cabin. It is PERFECT!!!! 5 Stars and highly recommended. Natalie is AWESOME!!!!!
