Had a wonderful time!

We staid there this month for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful time. Great porch to sit out and watch the river and the view was great! We ate outside for almost every meal. We loved sitting outside and grilling out. House was everything we imagined a "cabin" vacation would be. The owners were very nice and had great touches that meant a lot. Like robes to get to the jacuzzi, little things in the kitchen. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time. We went hiking the Appalachian trail and toured around the small towns. But mostly staid there and had a great time. If you are looking to get away and relax and see the outdoors, but have a great house, this is it! We had a wonderful week there! Meghan and mike

My first Octoberfest

My husband and I have rented a cabin in the area before and it was so small and cost twice what cabin #5 did, we kinda expected the same size if not smaller because of the price differance I mean pay 1/2 as much get 1/2 the space rite? WRONG this cabin was a DREAM the temp. was cool enough to get in the hot tub and we did every night. I loved the back porch it had the hot tub , picnic table grill and a very long screened in back porch just perfect to almost live in during the evening hours. When in the small cabins we have stayed in we got up in the morning trying to go as fast as we could to get out and go to town but this time because of the warmth and size of our cabin we slept in and got up fixed some breakfast and just layed around enjoying the woods and the wind and sounds of being in the woods I was born in W.Va. so I miss the mountains and felt like I was home. Most cabins we stay in have names but cabin #5 does not and if it was mine to name I would name it HOME SWEET HOME cause that is how it feels. only hope we get the chance to go again cause there is so much to do in Helen we just loved it

Fun, beautiful, and relaxing stay

We decided to rent this cabin after finding out that we were expecting our first child as a "Babymoon." Excellent choice! We found the cabin clean, comfy, and loaded with small extras that made it a great value. It's close to Helen and other attractions, but not right on top of everything. Will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful Cabin, Amazing Weekend!

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for the weekend just to get away from everything and gets some needed relaxation. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very clean. I especially loved the wrap around porch and rocking chairs. I would highly recommend staying in this cabin. It was far enough away from everything to feel secluded, yet still close to restaurants and shopping. We plan on returning!

Outstanding Anniversary Weekend

My husband and I recently spent our anniversary weekend at Chimney Shadows #5 and it was wonderful. The cabin was spotless and anything you could possibly think of needing was there waiting for you. The decor was charming and the hot tub was fantastic. It sure was nice to stay at such a quiet and peaceful place. We will surely be returning to Chimney Shadows in the near future. Thanks Billy and Sadie, keep up the outstanding work!! Jason and Leslee Vincent
