Description of the Henderson vacation condo rental
Enjoy an extended stay in this well-appointed home located in the heart of Henderson's commercial district, close to all the city's amenities as well as a short distance to all Las Vegas has to offer. The condo complex houses two swimming pools/spas, electric barbeque grills with gazebos throughout the common areas, and abundant green space. It is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within walking distance to dining, shopping etc and a few minutes removed, if traveling by car, from numerous interstates which provide access to most places Henderson and Las Vegas offer.
The condo sleeps four: a king size bed in the master, a queen and, if need be, a pull out sofa in the living room. This spacious 1149 sq. ft. condo has 9 ft. vaulted ceilings and a covered patio off the dining room. The urban decor and the open floor plan contribute to creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms have private access to bathrooms, one with a tub and the other, a large shower. The closet off the master can easily handle most wardrobes.
For your viewing pleasure the condo houses 3 TVs" one in each bedroom and a 42'" flat screen TV in the living room. Cox provides advanced TV HD service with a Receiver. For your listening pleasure, the condo is equipped with a Bose Sound System. Do bring your favorite CDs.
A full size washer and dryer add to the your independence. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we could think of to make this your home away from home.

Area Information
The Beltway - I 215 which circles the Las Vegas Valley is approx. 1/2 mile from the condo. It provides convenient exits to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Green Valley Casino/Resorts with its shopping & dining 'District', Town Square,McCarran Airport, and Las Vegas Strip. Also on your tour, should you be a World Series of Poker WSOP participant, you will find the Rio Casino, which is but 20 minutes removed. However, should you wish to stay in the neighborhood, the condo is situated in the hub of Henderson's commercial center. You are within walking distance to the Galleria Shopping Mall, most well-known shopping outlets such as Target, Home Depot, Wal-Mart etc.; fine and casual dining; and entertainment at the Sunset Station Casino/Hotels.

Main roads have marked bicycle paths and biking trails are near. The hiker also has numerous trails to choose from in the area.
