Vacation Rental Description
This house is brand new and fully furnished with comfortable and tasteful decor. The neighborhood is gated and in a safe/quiet area. It is a 4 bedroom house with a full bathroom in EACH bedroom with a total of 4.5 bathrooms. No one will have to wait or fight for access. This is especially useful for when you all want to get ready quickly. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th bedroom is downstairs with a full bed. Each bedroom also has more closet space than you will know what to do with. For entertainment, a large screen TV with Surround Sound and subwoofer, DVD player, and cable can be found in the family room and a cable TV in each bedroom. Wireless internet is also available throughout the house. If you are bored, there is even a full sized pool table located in the garage. There is still room to park your rental car. Central air conditioning, washer & dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop & oven, iron & board, hair dryers and alarm clocks are provided for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well and the kitchen is stocked with all the basic utensil you may need. There is also a small courtyard in the middle of the house with access from the kitchen, dining room, and downstairs bedroom.
Area Description
You will be seconds away from the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino and minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. You can actually see the strip from the neighborhood. Golfing is literally around the corner at various locations. Hiking & bicycling trails are nearby at Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead National Recreational Area & Boulder City. For any nature lovers, The Valley of Fire and its beautiful views are only 60 miles away. You can visit the Hoover Dam for a taste of history. Grocery, pharmacy, shopping, various restaurants & gas are minutes or seconds away from the house. You will be surprised by the convenience!
