Come enjoy this quiet, cozy, comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, newly furnished home located on a quiet street in Hillcrest Manor, Just 20 minutes from world famous Las Vegas Strip, This wonderful rental has everything you need to make yourself right at home.

The living room has a leather couch with a queen size hide-a-bed and a matching leather love seat with two recliners, another Lazy Boy recliner and a 55'' LCD TV and Blue Ray player. The kitchen offers a table for 6 and breakfast bar and is fully equipped for your convenience. The master bedroom has a California King bed, 42' LCD TV and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size Captain's bed with drawers underneath and 32'' LCD TV. The third and forth bedrooms have Queen beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom Including the queen hide-a-bed in the living room couch the house sleeps 8 -10 people comfortably.

This home also features cable TV, high speed broadband wireless internet, unlimited local, domestic long distance phone service and an HP all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/fax so you're never out of touch. All bedding, towels, kitchenware, and everything else you need is waiting for you to come fire up the new Grill Master gas grill. pet fee is 150.

The house has a big backyard with a peak of a strip view. There's plenty of parking for your boat or RV. It's centrally located with easy freeway access to the world famous Las Vegas Strip, the downtown casinos, Lake Mead & Hoover Dam, historic Boulder City and the golf courses of Lake Las Vegas.
