Description of the Hendersonville vacation home rental

Welcome to The Camp!

The Camp, formerly known as "Camp Mishemokwa", was a sleep away, summer camp for children that began operating in 1923 (over 80 years!) It no longer operates as a summer camp, and is now rented out to individuals & large groups.

The Camp sits on 150 acres of private and gated property. It is the perfect place to gather a big family, multiple families, guys trips, girls trips, corporate retreats, weddings, religious groups, bar/bat mitzvahs, movie stars, athletes, etc.

The Camp has been renovated and updated with 4 private homes:

CLOUD 9, has 5 bedrooms, including a huge bunk room (with 3 bunk beds), 4 full baths, 2 dens, family room, granite and stainless kitchen, and sleeps 20 comfortably. There is also a huge covered and screened patio. A magnificent private owner's suite can be rented for an extra charge (limited availability) which can sleep an additional 2 persons.

EAGLES NEST, has 5 bedrooms (3 of them have full baths in them), including the huge bunk room (with 3 bunk beds), 4 full baths, 2 dens, family room, granite and stainless kitchen, and sleeps 22 comfortably.

THE COTTAGE, is located underneath Eagles Nest and has its own entry in and out. It is 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. It has a granite and stainless kitchen. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa, and there is another queen sleeper sofa in the bedroom; sleeping 6 comfortably.

THE POND HOUSE, is aptly named because of its location next to the fishing pond. The POND HOUSE is just right for a large family or a group of friends; accommodating up to 10 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open concept great room of the house gives it a community feeling; while the large deck invites you to relax in a rocking chair and enjoy panoramic views of The Camp and the mountains beyond.

There are so many activities to do at THE CAMP that it is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and spend time with family and friends. You will create new memories that will last a lifetime!

*** ARCADE with NO need for quarters!!! Games include:
