The property consists of twelve studios that will be rented for periods of at least one week. All studios are furnished, they include: 2 single beds(or one king size bed), breakfast table, desk and chairs, kitchen, fridge, sink, closet and bathroom. The landry room is a separate unit, one for all twelve studios.The studios are located across the road from the Health Library of the University of Costa Rica, this is in San Pedro, 3 miles east of downtown San Jose. The area is very safe and cultural, the greenest part of the city, all you can need is within a short walk, supermarket, theathre, movie theatre, bank, post office, mall, parks, university fields,etc.
