Spend your day on the sand at the beach, surfing waves in the ocean, or strolling around town dining, and shopping. For those who enjoy tennis or basketball, Hermosa Beach has the finest courts anywhere, just two short blocks away. You can also enjoy the green grass and outdoor roller hockey rink at South Park just 300 steps away. A brand new 24 Hour Fitness is also walking distance or you can walk two blocks to the fabulous Pacific Ocean and beautiful white sands of Hermosa Beach! Forgot to buy mustard, shampoo or want a delicious sandwich for lunch' Granny 's Grocery is only 100 steps away with a world class deli sandwiches and groceries. We are truly centrally located ¦walk everywhere even the world famous Comedy and Magic club where Jay Leno performs every Sunday night!

The House itself is 2100 square feet of living space with one large ocean view decks on the top floor off the living room. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with granite countertops and tiled back splashes. The living room has a fireplace and views of the ocean. The house has mostly wood floors throughout with carpeting in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has walk-in closets, a full bath, and private balcony or patio in each. The master has a Queen, his and her sinks, Jacuzzi bath tub, and shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and a queen bed.

One Queen, two singles and one Queen, Dish Network, TVs, VCR, CD/DVD player, M/W, D/W, 3 CAR parking, bicycles and some beach toys.

The luxury vacation property is located in Hermosa Beach, CA, just a short drive (10-15 minutes) from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This free flowing city is located in Southern California and is part of LA County. It is nestled in between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. It is centrally located and close (30-45 minutes) to Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios, The Getty Center, Malibu and much more. It is about 3 hours or less to San Diego and Santa Barbara. The surrounding area is also called the South Bay or Beach cities.

Stayed here for the weekend with a couple of friends and I loved this property. It was about 2 minutes away from The Strand and a minute away from a cute little deli down the street, all within walking distance. The house was gorgeous, the view from the roof was incredible and I would definitely stay here once again, as long as I am wanted. The only problem was the parking.
