Weekly rates: $3.500 summer, $2,200 Fall/Spring, $1,850 Winter
Two bedrooms: master has an ocean view, king bed, queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4-6. Decorated in an upscale island style . The views are amazing.... the Pier, Palos Verdes, Malibu and Catalina Island. Washer/dryer, full size kitchen, Private courtyard w/outdoor shower and an ocean patio with a double chaise lounge, BBQ, dining table and bar. Two parking spaces. MAX 6

The Cabana
$350 per week
The Cabana is accessible to the Presidente from outside courtyard & inside the garage. Accessible to the Vista from it's private courtyard. A mini studio -- tile floors, shower, toilet and hand-painted Mexican tile sink, towels, bamboo floor matting, lounge/dressing area and a closet. It's decorated in the same upscale island style. It also provides a quiet place to rest or read a book - out of the sun. NOT AVAILABLE SOLO... only as an add-on.

Area Description

Hermosa Beach is a small beach town located at the southern end of the large Santa Monica Bay. The town is famous for it's 2 mile long walking/biking path that runs along the beach. This path is known as The Strand. IT's also the where the most expensive real estate is located. Casitas del Mar (Vista Casita and Presidente Casita) is on The Strand at 21st Street.

The Pier Plaza is filled with restaurants, shopping, ice cream, coffee shops and night life.

Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios are all about an hours drive away (30 minutes with no traffic)
The famous Rodeo Drive in Bevery Hills is about 20 -25 minutes away.
