This amazing four bedroom, four bathroom beachhouse sits right on the beach just down from the famous 90210 beachhouse. Grab one of our bikes and cruz the strand to world class shopping, dining and fun in the sun.

This home Spanish contemporary with more style than you can shake a stick at. There is so many features it is hard to list them all. Some are, original small slat wood floors, tiled grand staircase, original tile kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and tons of French doors and windows opening onto a private patio facing the ocean.

We have 12 bikes all sizes, boogie boards, footballs, volleyballs, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas. The roof deck has 4 Moroccan tables with umbrellas and an enclosed glass bar with fridge, toaster and coffee maker. All towels and bedding are high thread counts. Three spiral Staircases lead to the roof deck. Kids just love the blue room full of pillows at the top of the turret.

Parking is for 4 to 5 cars. We have a wood burning fireplace and a 52 inch big screen a with Lead singer Karaoke system in the Great Room. Home has a new Bertazzoni professional stove and a new washer and dryer. 1 gas grill and 2 Weber charcoal grills. The entire property is gated. Our home is located on a corner walk street and is right on The Strand in Hermosa Beach. Family Gatherings, Weddings, Spa Dates, Corporate Retreats reunions and all sorts gatherings are held here.

You'll find three spiral staircases leading to a roof top deck with glass sunroom and bar enclosed to enjoy the summer and winter views. A one bedroom, one bath, coach house is also available above the two car garage. Rent this back house separately or together. Washer and dryer on premises. Both homes come with plenty of parking. Master bedroom has a great looking Cal king bed at one end of the large ocean view room and a matching daybed at the other end both facing out the French doors looking at the ocean with spiral staircase to the roof bar from the master bedroom. The downstairs dayroom/bedroom has a day bed that can be two twin beds or one queen.

Upstairs bedroom with office and spiral staircase to rooffeck has a Cal King Bed. Ocean view. Full bath just across the hall. Upstairs bedroom with connecting quarter bath has a queen bed that can be swithed out to another daybed.
