This amazing four bedroom, four bathroom beachhouse sits right on the beach just down from the famous 90210 beachhouse. Grab one of our bikes and cruz the strand to world class shopping, dining and fun in the sun.
This home Spanish contemporary with more style than you can shake a stick at. There is so many features it is hard to list them all. Some are, original small slat wood floors, tiled grand staircase, original tile kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and tons of French doors and windows opening onto a private patio facing the ocean.
You'll find three spiral staircases leading to a roof top deck with glass sunroom and bar enclosed to enjoy the summer and winter views. A one bedroom, one bath, backhouse is also available above the two car garage. Rent this back house separately or together. Washer and dryer on premises. Both homes come with plenty of parking. Master bedroom has a great looking Cal king bed at one end of the large ocean view room and a matching daybed at the other end both facing out the French doors looking at the ocean with spiral staircase to the roof bar from the master bedroom. The downstairs dayroom/bedroom has a day bed that can be two twin beds or one queen.
Three quarter bath attached.
Upstairs bedroom with office and spiral staircase to rooffeck has a Cal King Bed. Ocean view. Full bath just across the hall. Upstairs bedroom with connecting quarter bath has a queen bed that can be swithed out to another daybed.
The Famous Redondo Beach Pier where you can sportfish,day time sails, sunset sails,whale watching,visit the live fish and seafood markets.

The house has a great floor plan - spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, and the location is good. The only thing that would improve the location would be if the house was on the Strand itself - but then you would be paying a lot more The house was adequately cleaned upon our arrival, but it is time for a deep thorough professional clean. There are minor repairs needed and some new roof deck furniture/bbq needed to make it perfect.

I was looking to plan my vacation when i saw this amazing house that i will never forget and i decide to write a review even if i was there in 2005. I stayed in this amazing house in 2005, i decided to take my 4 children and my husband for a beautiful family trip, we stayed 20 days in this beautiful house, we loved every minute of it, Yvonne the owner was so nice and attentive to every demand, it was a pleasure, till today october 2010 my children talk about this beautiful vacation we had, the view is amazing, I loved Hermosa beach, and one day i will go back and rent this house, the kids are growing up and it's hard to plan a trip for the whole family.
