THIS HOME RENTS FRIDAY TO FRIDAY!!!

$1,200 weekly (regular week); $1,400 holiday week; $4500 per month for 3 months; $4,300 per month for 4-11 months; $4,000 per month for a year.
ADDITIONAL FEES REQUIRED:
-Cleaning fee of $150 (1-4 people) $225 (5-9) $295 & up (9+ people or 2 weeks or more.)
-Refundable$1,000 Security/ Damages deposit.
-Pet fee of $100 non- refundable
COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:
- 1 roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dish towels, dish sponges, a garbage bag and a bottle of cleaner. Any additional items will need to be purchased along with your groceries.

Gorgeous Beach House on Gulf with Pool

We absolutely loved this home, the view is perfect and it is so peaceful and beautiful. The house is very clean and large, with nice sized bedrooms. The pool is wonderful, and the rental property had everything you need from firewood, fishing poles, canoe to new hot tub. There are many areas for sitting outside and we love the manmade white side beach. The hammock was my favorite afternoon passtime. We saw much wildlife including many dolphins right at the shoreline, stingrays close to shore, tarpon also close to shoreline, with sea turtle and a nurse shark while out canoeing. Perfect in every way and Mindy was awesome to work with and she had great communication. We highly recommend and are planning on coming back next year once again.

More then we expected

The pictures really don't do the unit justice. The layout is wonderful. The kitchen is right off of the patio and it was nice for making snacks and then relaxing outside. We took the canoe out every day on the gulf. We were even able to chase some dolphins. The kids played in the sand and collected sea shells and chased lizards. In the evening we enjoyed the entertainment room upstairs. There is a full size table for boardgames and a comfy area for movies. We could have stayed another week.

We had the chance to be there for our summer holiday, as we live in Chile, and had the best experience. My wife and kids loved the place, the private beach and the swimming pool. Location is also a plus, as we had cinemas, bowling alley and all services at hand. Also the support from the owners when we needed them was spectacular. We really hope to be there again¡¡¡¡¡

My boyfriend and I stayed here a total of 3 days and 3 night, and LOVED every second of it. We built a fire in the fire put every night, relaxed on the hammock as the sun was setting, went fishing from the sea wall in the back yard, played ping pong and shuffle board, used the canoe that was provided and paddled around the gulf and saw a group of dolphins playing next to us, I took a very relaxing bath in the Jacuzzi tub witch had a flat screen tv so I could watch my shows . Also we brought food for us to eat, and there were more than enough kitchen utensils so we could cook comfortably like we were in our own home. We also slept in the upstairs bed room which has a great view of the gulf. All the rooms are spacious, it's a very cozy atmosphere and you just feel at home. We will be back here in te future for sure.

We spent New Years at the house and had a great time. Our family of six was well accommodated and comfortable. The location of the house right on the Gulf is amazing. We loved taking the canoe (or swimming) across the boat channel at low tide to collect shells and see some marine life up close. On our last day, we saw a lone dolphin slowly swim directly behind the house in the boat channel. It circled around the shallow low tide waters towards the open Gulf where it just hung out and played for a couple of hours. We actually walked out to get as close as we could and watched for a bit. The house is close enough to Orlando that we did a day trip to Universal. We also spent a day close by in Tarpon Springs where there are tons of tourist friendly shops, restaurants and even a cool little aquarium. All in all, the house was terrific, as advertised with no big surprises. Some of the other reviews mentioned the funky layout, but it was fine for us. Also, we knew we’d have to do some shopping for paper goods, etc; not a big deal, Publix is everywhere! The main thing that would have made it almost perfect would have been a heated pool. I would imagine that most of the time in the winter the pool is not useable.

the house was more than adequate for us-the view was great-overall we were very comfortable would recommend having minimal paper products ( toilet paper,paper towels) in the house,also could only get 1 T.V. to change channels, 1 T.V. had only 1 channel, and the upstairs ones had no batteries in the remotes- it was right on the gulf, had it been warmer-maybe could have gone in the water but the boating channel is 10'ft away- not good-thought there was actually a beach on the water. Not a great place for kids-the pool has no guard around it and the stairs are not safe enjoyed the time we spent-safe and quiet neighborhood

This was a great house with breathtaking views of the ocean! My family had a great time canoeing right out our backdoor! We saw stingrays, fish and LOTS of dolphins! The pool was great for cooling off in the Florida sun. The house was spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean from almost every room. Rogers Park and Weeki Wachee river is only minutes away where we went canoeing and saw dozens of manatees! What an amazing vacation my family will never forget!!! We will be back again :)

WOW! this house has everything...we hated to leave after two weeks of heaven..lots of space, very, very clean and comfortable, the view is fabulous..watched fish jump, saw dolphins, watched the shrimp boats come & go each day along with the pleasure boats...would definitely recommend this house..

Touchdown Beach House was a very nice house and Mary , the rental agent was VERY pleasant and accommodating .Shopping was only 5 min from house, We watched dolphins everyday , saw a couple stingrays caught some fish, and it was all in your backyard !! I didn't want to leave ! I highly recommend this house !! I would stay there again.

This was a wonderful vacation for us. This house has great views from every room! We totally enjoyed this house, the pool and the beach. The cannooing was great.We truly enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and seeing the dolphins playing in the Gulf right in front of us. Would highly recommend this house to any one looking for a quiet, slow pace vacation.

We totally enjoyed this house! Plenty of room for everyone. Can be very relaxing, but with all the fun things to do we seldom sat still. We canoed, went scalloping, played in the pool and truly enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets while the dolphins played right off the seawall. This house was a real treat!!!

This house has great views from EVERY room! We got to look out over the gulf the entire vacation. Great house, lots of space, pool, ocean, huge walk in shower, jet bath. We came in September and ended back here in October. Great house, great vacation, great value.

The best rental house in Florida

For the last 10 years we have taken holiday rental villas all over Florida , this has been the best so far. Great house, Pool, Beach, Fishing, Snorkeling, Cannooing, Sunsets, Stargazing. (The view of the horizon is so vast you can actually see the curvature of the earth!) Up market, laid back, rural location(people wave and nod to each other, even if your a stranger!) yet great shopping/dining just a short drive away. Friendly, efficient, yet unintrusive management/landlord. First time ever we used the barbeque as the near constant gulf brease made it very comfortable to dine outdoors in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets. Highly recommended!
