BRAND NEW ABOVE GROUND POOL AND HOT TUB!!This beautiful single story home sleeps 10+ with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1 car garage. Fully furnished with flat screen TV's , eat in kitchen, washer/ dryer, cable TV, Internet (High Speed Wireless; wifi), telephone (unlimited local, U.S., Canada), and more. Also, this home includes a bbq grill, outdoor fire pit, beautiful outdoor seating area and a boating dock with above ground pool and private hot tub. Located directly on the canal with convenient access to the Gulf. Great location for golfing, fishing (best TARPON fishing in the World), inshore fishing, flats fishing, deep sea fishing, boating, swimming, sun bathing, and any other water sports. Located only 5 minutes away is Rogers Park where you can swim and scuba dive with the manatees in the crystal clear waters of Weeki Wachee Springs/River. You can also scuba dive and observe 10 military tanks submerged off shore a few miles behind this water front rental home.

THIS HOME RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!

REGULAR RATES:
$895weekly (regular week); $995 holiday week; $3,000 per month for 3 months; $2,800 per month for 4-11 months; $2,500 per month for a year.

ADDITIONAL FEES REQUIRED:
-Cleaning fee of $125 (4 people or less) $150(5-9) $175 & up 2weeks or more or more than 9 people.
-Refundable $800 Security/ Damages deposit.
-Pet fee of $100 non refundable

Little house big on inside, spacious clean open flow. Great community. Fished everyday everywhere. Great fishing all within 10 minutes. Only complaint there is no hose to clean gear. We trucked in from PA with kayaks and expensive rods reels etc. So we were able to go to Wal-Mart no big deal. Other than no hose this place was awesome. Dealing with rental agent Bundy a pleasure. Looking forward to booking next year.
