Fabulous,but watch out for those hidden extras

the apartment is in a wonderful position,south of the Marina right on the beach with magnificent sideon beach views. Unfortunately there is no balcony,surprisingly in such a modern elegant building. The owners are a wonderfully helpful and efficient family who responded to the numerous queries,or technical problems concerning drive,freezer,washing machine,air conditioning etc immediately,sorting everything out simultaneously. Beds in the 2nd bedroom were uncomfortable for our children,who complained of aching backs,the one in the Master Bedroom being comfortable but very squeaky whenever you moved position. Appartment is very secure and in a very safe location.catching a huge amount of natural light and is naturally a warm flat,perfect for escaping from the British winter blues. Big shock was the $600 electricity bill(in Israel you get charged separately)which we challenged. In the end we agreed with the owner to meet them half way,but as I never got ti see the opening meter reading,it was difficult to challenge. This was still probably $150-$200 over the top,but wasn't enough to stop us from enjoying a lovely appartment in a wonderful sunny location.
