Description of the Herzliya Pituach vacation villa rental
Sort term renting : Ideal accommodation for a family in a holiday, 3 levels, 5 rooms of which 2 bedrooms. Fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The house is equipped with a separate air condition for each floor, wireless internet, TV sets with international channels .
The house is about 160 sq meters and is located on about 480 sq meters land. Outside is deck and marble, trees, Gazebo, Jacuzzi spa, tables, chairs, BBQ-grill.
The main floor includes a living room, open kitchen, dining space, guest WC, a patio and a veranda connected to the garden.
8 stairs up from the main floor: 2 bedrooms, a connecting library-TV room and a full bathroom (shower and bath). The main bedroom has a king-size bed (2 connected 90X190), the second bedroom has a sofa opening to a queen-size bed.
6 stairs down from the main floor - a big study-library-TV room with 2 sofas, a small open kitchenette and a full bathroom (shower), opening to outside (deck & Spa).

Hertzlia Pituach, is considered, as one of the most luxurious neighborhood in Israel with private Villas located near the beach, Diplomats residents etc. The house is 10-15 minutes' walk to the beach, 3-5 minutes driving including parking. Ideally located, walking distance to shops and an outlet mall. Quiet and yet close to all the top restaurants and bars.
Hertzlia Pituach area, which located 10Km from Tel Aviv, become for the last decade, the center of holiday residential and hotels resort, include many excellent restaurants, local and international, coffee shops, marina, international mall, supermarkets etc. All the top restaurants are close by offering all kinds of cuisine from middle eastern, asian, italian, turkish, indian etc. There is a lot of outdoor activity and pleasure parks for kids nearby
