At low tide, nearby islands are accessible by sands bars for shell collecting and fishing. Low tide is pictured in the "bird's eye view" photo feature.

Deposits: SUMMER- Payments: Upon reservation, half the total rental price and full security despoit is due. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy. A security deposit in the amount of $500 is required payable upon reservation. WINTER- A security deposit in the amount of $2450 is required. $1225 is due at signing of the lease, the balance of $1225 is due no later than 15 Aug. 2013. Monthly rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Any partial month will be pro-rated, if appl.
