I had a blast staying at this cute little cabin. We had a gift basket waiting on the bed, soft music playing in the background. It was the perfect way to start off the relaxing get-a-way. We really liked how clean everything was and how well kept the cabin is. The hot-tub on the porch was wonderful as well. It was so nice how close to all of the state parks it was and I really liked how the owners left us with a binder full of cool places to check out with the addresses and maps. I will defiantly be back again!

My boyfriend and I planned a last minute getaway to this cozy little cabin. We were very pleased with the entire place and loved every minute of the vacation. We would definitely consider going back! Thanks for such a great stay!

The cabin was great. It was very romantic. It was clean and had everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The details were very well done. I would recommend it and hope to go back. Lots of things to do nearby.

It was Perfect!

What a fantastic, cozy cabin! We stayed in Nature's Nook for 3 nights.I thought we might get bored,so I planned different hiking & sightseeing activities. But the cabin was so comfortable inside and outside with the deck and the hot tub, we only left the cabin once, to get groceries. We cooked our meals together on the grill, read books on the deck, relaxed in the hot tub, and watched movies while cuddling on the love seat. The owners are very thoughtful and easy to reach. They left us a welcome basket to find upon our arrival and books of activities and maps of the area. We highly recommend Serenity Log Cabins! And we will return again for another get-away. Thanks for a wonderful place to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary!

Country Charm is the cabin we stayed in and it was an adorable cabin, cozy, charming for sure. Very clean efficienly laid out to utilize all space possible. The welcome gift basket was such a great unexpected touch! Enjoyed the deck with chimenea more than we thought we would. Grilled our food every meal! Checked out Serpent Mound and drove to Chillicothe to canoe after finding Rocky Fork pontoons all rented out and peddle boats not out for season. This was a wonderful "home base" and I could so see us back in the fall. Bring DVD's as the reception is difficult but proved funny to handle like back in the day with the rabbit ears :0). Kitchenette minimally stocked so if you want to stay in more than go out for food, just double check with owner what is there for you to use. Never made it to the bakeryfor pretzel, darn, next time! Great value and environment for reconnecting "off grid". I highly recommend staying here.

Amazingly Romantic

This was just what we were looking for to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The cabin was spacious, beautifully decorated and extra clean. The amenities advertised were better than anticipated and well thought out! Dave and Regina are tremendous hosts and have a nice little "nook" in the woods. The linens were clean and smelled fresh and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants a little getaway for two. The hot tub was worth every penny of the cost and the cost was a lot less than other places advertising the same kind of getaway. The ambience that is created in this cabin is enough to renew any spark in a relationship. We plan on visiting again in the fall. The scenery off the back porch is wonderful and the porch faces the east morning sun. Beautiful place to have your coffee in the morning and just listen to the birds sing. We felt rested and revitalized when we left there and our relationship renewed. It is not too far from other nature type attractions. We may make this a yearly trip.

Great little getaway for 2

This is a great little short trip from cincinnati getaway. The place was easy to get to and close to lots of different activities. The cabin was very nice and my wife loved it. It was a great little surprise getaway that was close to home. We enjoyed it and suggest it to others for a chance just to getaway. We will be back to stay at the other cabin.
