Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental

Great Direct oceanfront condo!! This one bedroom, BRAND NEW vacation condo is just perfect for a small family. It has the BEST VIEW and nicest beach on the Island. This condo is beautifully furnished and totally RENNOVATED with granite countertops, custom stone backsplash in the kitchen, all new furniture(new stone coffee table not shown in pictures), track lighting in kitchen, and ceramic tile throughout. It is in one of the island's most convenient locations. The amenities include a pool(brand new with new furniture too!), and of course, the beach is just a few steps away. You are within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions. Our villa has and excellent view and is located towards the front of the building.

The condo has a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a brand new mattress, a queen-size deluxe sleeper sofa in living room, and bunkbeds built into the hall area. It includes two TV's -one in the living room and one in the bedroom (Each with cable and living room TV with DVD player), dishwasher, microwave, oven, central air conditioning/heating unit and NEW ceiling fans. The villa is very nicely decorated, clean and quiet. You can see the beach from the living room. The grounds are well maintained and secure. We will definitely come back.
