Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental

One bedroom one bath, sleeps six, top floor ocean view villa at the #1 family oceanfront beach resort, as ranked by Forbes Magazine, the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. The resort is gated, on 56 acres of oceanfront, mid island, boasts 10 free play tennis courts, two onsite restaurants, sports bar, oyster bar, beachside pool with snack bar and ice cone station, convention center, logo store, entertainment, no charge for guests physical fitness center, convenience store, fishing lagoon, outdoor grills, family activities and beach and bicycle rentals. Walking, jogging, bicycle path leads from the Resort to all parts of the island. WALK to Carrabba's restaurant or the Family Fun Center....just a 5-minute stroll from the Resort.

Area Information

Hilton Head Island is the second largest barrier island on the east coast. It is 12 miles long and 5+ miles wide with over 30 golf courses, several marinas, over 200 restaurants, shopping of all kinds and family fun and activities abound. This is a semi tropical island with year round flowering bushes, trees and all types of palm trees grow here naturally. It is a paradise for beachgoers, golfers, tennis players, nature lovers, bicycle riders and those who just love the sun and sand.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Hilton Head Island has over 200 restaurants from casual to upscale for families and all ages. The mid island location makes the resort close to Sea Pines and Harbour Town and all island plantations as well as the ability to go off island in 10 minutes to hundreds of outlet shops at the malls. Golf is less than 5 minutes from the resort.

Ten tennis courts onsite, free play for guests. There is an onsite catch and release fishing lagoon with charcoal grills beside it. There are horseshoes, outdoor physical fitness course that surrounds the big oceanside pool.

There is a physical fitness room inside the tennis pro shop for adult guests.

There is a restaurant onsite and a convenience store as well. Rent your bicycles on site too!

Our villa has two televisions, one a large flat screen HDTV.

Beautifully Decorated Condo

We had a wonderful time at this very clean and comfortable condo. We loved the colors that were chosen and total "beachy" decor. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation was provided. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The living room/eating area was so nice and the couch was very comfortable to sit on to watch tv. The owners even provided a DVD player. The kitchen was also very well equipped, although we only used the toaster because it was my vacation away from cooking!! The resort, itself was very nice. The pool was great and we didn't have a long way to walk to the beach.

Thank you Barb and Tom. We do try to keep our ocean villa happy, bright, clean and, of course, beachy. This Resort is spectacular with its 56 acres of lush landscaping, palm trees, semi tropical foliage, free tennis courts, onsite restaurants, onsite bicycle rentals and all right on the beach mid island.

This Was A Very Tastefully Decorated Villa. Everything Was Furnished. The Linens Were Of A Very Good Thread Count For Our 'tingle Burn". Everyone We Met Was Very Nice. Lots Of Honeymooners That Kept To Themselves. The Unit Was Very Clean And Was As Promised. Near Everything. Went On A Day Trip To Savannah And Charleston. What A Refreshing And Great Trip. We stayed at this beautiful ocean villa and had the best beach vacation we ever had. We would never go anywhere else. The Resort has everything and the villa had everything. We did so many things on the island. Joan and Ken made it so easy for us to rent from owners. We had never done that before.
