The villa sleeps 6: 4 adults and 2 children (on the bunk beds). The top bunk-bed is not recommended for children under 10 years old.
There are no elevators in the Breakers, and the villa NOT-handicap accessible.

My family and I enjoyed our week at the breakers. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is a walkup which is something to be aware of but not a problem for us. The breakers is right in the heart of everything which makes it fun.

We had a very nice week at the Breakers! The temps were in the 70s and it was great beach weather. It was so nice to walk right to the beach and pool. Our kids swam everyday! The condo was comfortable and had almost everything we needed, including beach chairs. It was very quiet, probably due to the Thanksgiving week, but we certainly enjoyed the peace and tranquility! We hope to go back someday!

Communications w/the owner before trip were great. The condo is nice & really right on a great beach. The trip went continually downhill from there. We were provided w/the wrong access code so we were initially locked out of the condo. The condo had not been cleaned or towels & sheet left in condo when we arrived. We had not been warned about the condo receiving roofing & balcolny repairs so we were woken up between 7 & 8am every morning by workmen. We had spoken to the owner at the beginning of the week and were promised a very small compensory check for some of these issues, but we have been home 2 weeks now & still have not received a penny. I did write the owner personally about this promise he had made & have received absolutely no response from him. The condo is nice and in a great location, but overall the experience was not the ideal vacation we had anticipated.

I had a very nice time . The accomodation was excellent and the location was ideal. A welcome improvement would be the addition of washroom facilities in the pool area. I have no complaints.
We made such wonderful memories last year...We were so suprised to receive a holiday card from Dennis and Viktoria this year. We were reminded of what a great time we had! We can't wait to go back to their cozy condo. We have three children, and they have requested to go back to Hilton Head this summer. Of course they want to stay in the same condo! Their highlight was walking across the street to go out for dinner.(and browse all of the great shops!) When we would come back they enjoyed evening walks on the beach! My husband and I loved the walk to the little bar on the beach...we rode bikes as a family and our christmas card this year was made on this wonderful family vacation! I believe we will continue to visit The Breakers # 305 as one of our annual family vacations...! Thank you for all of your personal touches Dennis and Viktoria! I am thrilled to hear of the internet capabilities you have acquired! Please keep us updated! We look forward to our return!
