Living room features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach, poolside, on the golf course, on the tennis courts or all of the above!

There is no better location within Sea Pines than Harbour Town. The pool, tennis, restaurants, playground, shopping, yacht marina, water sports and the famous Harbour Town lighthouse all are within a 1-3 minute walk of the conveniently located condo. Hop on a bike and within minutes you can be at the Sea Pines beach (restricted to Sea Pines guests), South Beach marina (featuring the Salty Dog Café), Lawton Stables (trail rides, riding lessons, pony rides and a free petting zoo), the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, or any other activity in or outside of Sea Pines.

Aside from golfing on the three public golf courses in Sea Pines (including the Harbour Town course which hosts the PGA Heritage Tournament every April), Sea Pines features numerous pools, a beautifully expansive beach with the only beachside restaurant on the Island, hard and clay tennis courts, bird watching and hiking trails within the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, fresh water fishing, salt water fishing and sailing cruises, and other water sports at the Harbour Town docks.
