Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental
Shelter Cove is a quaint Mediterranean-style village on the harbor across from Palmetto Dunes at mid-island Hilton Head. Completely renovated in 2006 this bright and airy 3rd floor villa, with stunning vistas of the entire harbor, is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms with luxury pillow top beds (master suite with King Size bed and full, private bath ensuite and second bedroom with twin beds and private bath also ensuite), a Queen Size sofa bed in the living room and large living & dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 color TVs, DVD player, heated pool and sauna for HarbourSide III guests only. Enjoy secure parking in the gated parking lot.
A dozen restaurants and boutiques surround the beautifully landscaped marina where you can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our guests can walk downstairs to a variety of dining options: -- from fine dining at Little Venice or the harbourmasters Ocean Grille to informal, more family oriented water-front dining at San Miguel’s, seafood at Scott’s or the Kingfisher where you can also enjoy happy hour listening to great jazz, or have coffee at Parrot Cove -- all within easy, short walking distance of the villa. Enjoy live music over cocktails, shop at the several boutiques, rent a boat or kayak, book fishing, crabbing, dolphin watching or sightseeing outings. If you are a boat owner the marina harbourmaster can help you rent a slip for your visit. Best GOLF on the east coast at great rates! And it's all right there for your enjoyment and convenience!
There is a private pool for guests located within the grounds or you can walk miles of white sand beaches and swim in the ocean. Beach access for villa guests is a safe one-mile bike ride through Palmetto Dunes or can be accessed by car, with designated beach parking, or the Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy. The Buggy is a FREE service available to guests during the summer season. Just call and within ten minutes you’ll be picked up to go to the beach, nearby grocery store or the mall. You won’t need your car from the time you get here to the time you leave or go 40 minutes off the island to Savannah or Beaufort. Enjoy an island summer tradition with Tuesday night fireworks from your balcony.
