Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental

Charming 2-BD, 2-BA condo/villa with owners who take pride in their place and desire like-minded renters. No Pet Policy! No Smoking Policy! Total of 2 queen and 1 twin beds, sleeping 5 (limit 4 adults). Yes, we are beach-side. No crossing streets; the beach fronts our Resort. Only soft barrier separating the resort from the beach is a scenic tidal marsh! Access beach via private boardwalk (approx. 5-min. walk) or take the shuttle. Private full-service cabana on beach open March thru October with beach volleyball and live music on most Friday evenings.

Gated community with 24-hour security! Master BD has queen bed with bath and second TV. Guest BD has a queen AND a twin bed, ideal for extra couple with child or accommodations for 3 children. 2nd bath has shower. Kitchen is fully furnished for all your cooking & dining conveniences. Living room has open concept with dining table, ceiling fan, TV, VHR-DVD player.

FREE Resort Amenities: FREE tennis (6 lighted courts), badminton court, 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool & kiddie indoor pool, public hot tub & sauna, indoor walking track & fitness area, gift store with a deli/grill, full-service cabana on beach. Wi-fi available for nominal fee (ask about rates). Coin-operated washers/dryers on each floor. Picnic/grill area. Bicycles can be rented in the gift store!

Directions: Coming onto the island, we are directly on US 278-Business (a/k/a 663 William Hilton Parkway), Mile Marker 7, before Palmetto Dunes and The Mall at Shelter Cove.

CHECK OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY! We have a 3-night minimum stay; however, the months of Jun-Aug are strictly weekly, Sat-Sat.

During remainder of year we can be more flexible with check-in days as well as nightly and weekend rates with a minimum 3-night stay.

We are located in the heart of the island--a skip and hop from any and everything on Hilton Head with over 200 restaurants, nightspots/pubs, tours & cruises, spas, family recreation, bike and hiking trails, water and ocean sports, horseback riding, golf and tennis--to shopping malls and outlets, cinemas, museum, art gallery, theatre, comedy house, library, winery, and of course...our fabulous Hilton Head beach. Hilton Head Island can be as quiet or as busy as you want it to be!

Fantastic!!!!

We spent the last week of June 2012 here and had a wonderful time. The condo is perfect to be able to kick back relax and destress. The location is great to allow easy access to all the different shops nad amenities Hilton Head has to offer. Could go on and on and on about how wonderful it was.... All I can say is check it out for yourself. But beware, you wont want to leave!!!

Nice place to stay!

We spent July 4th at the condo and it was really nice. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony, which was perfect for a family with little kids. The condo was clean and ideal for a family of 4. Keep in mind....bring something to carry your stuff from the loading area to the condo. The elevators are old and VERY slow and the parking is a little far when you are loading and unloading the car. There is a 30 minute loading area, but when dealing with the slow elevators, it is kind of a rush. When we were leaving, I saw someone with a luggage cart. He said you can get them at the guard house, but it was a far way to push it to the condo. They are available, though. The shuttle runs on a schedule and wished it had run more consistently, but it is a very nice thing to have! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation get away

We really enjoyed our vacation here. It was quiet, neat and very clean. We got to enjoy all of the eminities this beautiful place had to offer. Enjoyed the walk or even the ride to the beach that was provided. Would like to visit again soon.

Excellent Vacation

We will be back. We had a very relaxing stay. This condo was extremely clean. The bedding was very comfortable, and it was so quiet at night. I was also impressed with the well equiped kitchen! The location was great. There was a great golf course next door, and the ocean was just a short stroll away.

The condo was neat, clean and up-to-date. There was everything we needed in the condo and then some. The area and the beaches are beautiful. There are plenty of fine restaurants and things to do. We would recommend this place to friends.
