Beautiful one-bedroom, oceanview condo at the oceanfront Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. Top floor (3rd) condo looking at the beach and the large oceanfront swimming pool! Enjoy this view from the living area or the balcony that seats 4. Our condo is only 70 yards to the beach/ocean with no roads to cross!

Our home away from home for you sleeps 6 with a queen bedroom, 2 youth sized bunk beds recessed in the hallway and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. There is one bathroom.
The kitchen is complete with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and all other items you would need.

All linens and startup paper products are provided on any rental! All you need to bring is your beach towels and sunscreen!

The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is located mid-Island on the ocean on the 12-mile long Island of Hilton Head. Therefore, being centrally located, everything is convenient for you both north and south on the Island. Within walking distance (.3 of a mile) is an Italian restaurant, a miniature golf course, and grocery stores just beyond!

But, no need to go far because the resort has a convenience store, a restaurant/bar and tiki-bar/grill (during the summer).

Park your car because you can rent bikes at the resort and ride on the paved bike trails that lead from the resort both north and south on the Island! Or, ride bicycles on the wide, sandy beach at the resort all over the Island!
