Description of the Hilton Head vacation condo rental

A beautifully designed and furnished first floor end unit is situated on a lagoon, with a lagoon view from the living room, dining room and the deck.

The unit was completely renovated in 2005 with new furnishings, paint, floorings, appliances and accessories.

Our unit is rented through Sea Pines Management Co. with a DELUX rating.

A 6-8 minute walk to Harbor Town, a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and The Beach Club, a 2 minute walk to Sea Pines Center (with Trolley stop).

This complex consist of 4 Tennis Courts and a Pool.

Bed room has a swing-king bed. The Living room has a pull-out couch.

Since this is a must yearly vacation place for our family and friends, we treat and keep up our villa more than just a rental place.
